Patient Awareness Campaigns

Welcome to Patient Awareness Campaigns (PAC).

You would probably be the first to agree with me that Acupuncture works! And it works very well, for many common conditions.

Most people have the awareness that acupuncture can help with painful conditions, but few understand the true value and depth for what acupuncture and TCM can offer as a healing modality.

These PAC’s are designed to help you spread the message of good health through acupuncture by stimulating “awareness” that acupuncture is useful for many common health conditions. And PAC’s are here to help you focus your marketing message(s), one condition, one awareness at a time!

All you do is…

  1. Choose your topic
  2. Map out your plan (See sample plans here)
  3. Download content
  4. Edit content*
  5. Deliver content (handout, email, social channels, blog post, website, etc…)

Use the PA campaigns as content for…
  • Email marketing
  • Social media posts
  • Blog posts
  • Monthly newsletters
  • Snail mail letters
  • Text messages
  • In-house handouts
  • Teaching aids
  • Patient selfcare handouts
  • Updating your website

That’s it.

Put yourself in your ideal patients position – what do they want help them? What is their most pressing problem? Why are they are seeking YOU out?

What condition is on top of mind of your prospects and patients?

Do they want to get out of pain? Do they want a stronger immune system? Do they want to overcome migraines?

Once you know what their most pressing problem is, then log in AcuDownloads, search for what you need, find the perfect piece(s) of content, and put them to use.

Patient Awareness Campaigns are a foundation to map your patient communication strategies monthly or quarterly.

Also, think about how you are going to be using the content, and then about the next step(s) you want someone to take after seeing it.

This is your Call to Action, and it is intended to inspire prospects and patients to take a desired action.

What do you want them to do after they read your blog post, or see a graphic on your Facebook page.

Do you want them to:

  • Click a link to schedule with you?
  • Pick up the phone and call your office?
  • Download a report that you have on your website?
  • Download a gift certificate?
  • Come in for a stress reduction treatment?
  • Forward or tag a friend?
  • Comment on your post?

What’s the next logical step you want people to take after seeing, or reading your content?

This is your call to action and should be included with every form of marketing you do.
